Establishment of a management company

Management Company was founded in 2000 with the aim of forming a Privatization Investment Fund with collected vouchers of citizens, their investment in companies in the process of their privatization and management of equity securities in joint stock companies on behalf of the Fund’s shareholders.
Passing the Law
29/06/2007
By passing the Law on Investment Funds, the Company harmonized its acts and organization according to the Law, and made an entry in the court register at the Basic Court in Banja Luka on June 29, 2007 under number 071-0-REG-07-001111.
Merger with Zepter Invest jsc
09/06/2016
By the decision of the RS Securities Commission No. 01-UP-51-108-6 / 16 dated June 9, 2016, a license was issued to the Investment Fund Management Company “Kristal Invest” jsc Banja Luka and the Investment Fund Management Company “Zepter invest” jsc Banja Luka to make a status change of the merger with the merger in such a way that the Investment Fund Management Company “Zepter Invest” jsc Banja Luka merges with the merger with the Investment Fund Management Company “Kristal Invest” jsc Banja Luka. The activity of the Management Company is asset management of investment funds.
