Why invest?
We invest the assets of funds in different types of financial instruments, so that the yield does not depend on the price movement of only one financial instrument. Through portfolio diversification, the risk to which the Fund is exposed is reduced.
You can withdraw funds and dispose of them at any time. The Management Company is obliged to redeem your shares no later than 5 working days from the date of receipt of your request for redemption.
The structure of the most significant investments according to sectoral, geographical and currency criteria, including the share price, which is published daily, will be regularly available on the Company’s website.
Do you have free financial resources but do not have the time or do not have sufficient and appropriate information and knowledge to constantly monitor the market? The Fund’s assets are managed by a team of experts who monitor and analyze current market trends on a daily basis and react to them in a timely manner.
The funds provide returns in accordance with the defined investment strategy and the associated risk specific to the selected strategy, which is described in detail in the Fund Prospectus.
Investing in the Fund presupposes taking certain risks. When making investment decisions, the Company will, taking into account the principles of profitability, liquidity, security and risk dispersion, consider each individual investment within the risk of the total assets of the Fund. A detailed description of each of these risks is available in the Fund’s Prospectus.

Open-end investment funds
An open-end investment fund with a public offering is a special asset, without the status of a legal entity, established by a management company with the permission of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Open-end investment funds managed by the management company Kristal invest a.d. Banja Luka was created by reshaping the Closed-End Investment Funds managed by the Company in accordance with the Law on Investment Funds.
The operation of investment funds and investment fund management companies is regulated by the Law on Investment Funds and other bylaws. The Securities Commission of the Republic of Srpska controls and supervises the operations of the investment fund management company and the investment fund.
Steps to investing
Investor becomes the owner of the Fund’s units by submitting a written request to the Management Company for the purchase of units, and submitting the prescribed documentation to the Management Company and paying funds for the purchase of units to the Fund’s account with the Depository Bank, published on the Management Company’s website.
The request for the purchase of units is available at the Management Company’s headquarters and on the Management Company’s website, to be submitted to the Management Company in person or by mail.
The sale and redemption of units is carried out at the Management Company’s headquarters, at the address Milana Rakića 1 Banja Luka. Requests for purchase and redemption of units will be received every working day from 08h-14h, in person or by mail with a duly completed request and supporting documentation.
Before investing, we ask all those interested to get acquainted with the contents of the Fund Prospectus, where the investment risks are explained in more detail, as well as the method of buying and selling shares.

In the event that the complaint resolution process takes longer than 8 days, Kristal invest will notify you that the complaint has been received and will be resolved as soon as possible.
